These terms govern use of Helm AI by customer companies and their users.
Helm AI provides HR, payroll drafting, finance, compliance-tracking and document tools in isolated per-company workspaces. AI output is assistive: it is a draft until a human with authority approves it.
Workspace administrators manage their company's users and are responsible for who they grant access. Keep credentials confidential; you are responsible for activity under your account.
Statutory calculations (GOSI, EOSB, VAT, Nitaqat and similar), generated documents and compliance reminders are working aids, not legal, tax or accounting advice, and not government filings. Verify official matters through the relevant authority or a qualified adviser.
Paid plans are billed in advance through Moyasar. An expired subscription limits growth (such as adding users) but does not withhold access to your existing data.
The customer owns its workspace data. On termination, the customer may request export and deletion.
Helm keeps what your people ask the assistant and what it answers for thirty days, and staff at Helm can read it to see how the assistant is answering and to find a fault. Bank and identity numbers are masked before it is stored, and every read is written into your own audit trail with the name of the person who read it. The Privacy Policy states it in full.
No unlawful use, no attempts to access another workspace's data, no reselling without agreement.
The service is provided "as is" to the extent permitted by law; our aggregate liability is limited to fees paid in the preceding 12 months.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
