Need help with Helm AI?

For employees

Start with your company's workspace administrator — they manage accounts, passwords and permissions for your company.

For administrators

• Email support@helm-ai.sa — include your workspace code (Settings → Company & workspace). Never include passwords.
• Sign-in issues: workspace codes are case-insensitive and ignore dashes; an admin can reset any user's password from the Team panel.
• Attendance on mobile: location permission must be set to "Always" with Precise Location on for background geofencing to fire.
