Every rate is on screen, and an override keeps its reason

Helm prints the rate it calculates with, its authority and its date.

An administrator can override a rate for the workspace. The override needs a written reason, and Helm keeps it.

The assistant then states the override beside the registry default. An overridden rate is never quoted as the law.

What Helm refuses to guess

The two Eid holidays follow the moon. Helm never guesses their dates. It names the holidays it is missing, on the screen and in every answer that depends on them.

A guessed Eid is a day of pay that is wrong for every employee at once.

Does Helm connect to the government portals?

Helm organises the obligations you record and calculates the dates and the estimates. A person deals with the authority.

Where do the rates come from?

From a statutory register in the product, with the authority and the date beside each rate. Your workspace can override a rate, with a reason that stays on the record.

Can I see who changed something?

Yes. The audit log records who did what, and the message log is append-only, so a conversation cannot be silently rewritten.
