Bring the file you already have

Upload the Excel file, the CSV or the PDF. Helm reads it and shows you a preview before it writes anything.

• A value Helm cannot read confidently is left empty and named. A corrupt identity number is worse than a blank one, because a blank one gets fixed.
• A column Helm does not recognise is reported, never dropped in silence.
• A duplicate inside your own file is an error row, so the import cannot create the duplicate you were escaping.
• The original file is kept, so six months later you can still see where a salary came from.

The field your company keeps that we did not think of

Helm holds 37 fields on a person. Your company keeps others, so you define your own.

A custom field is defined before it is filled. That is what stops "Department", "department" and "Dept" appearing in one workspace inside a week.

A value that does not match its definition is refused and named. It is never quietly corrected.

A sensitive field is masked on every listing.

Every document under the person it belongs to

Open one name and read the contracts, the letters and the uploads under it.

Company policies live on a shelf of folders, and a folder can hold a folder.

Deleting a folder never deletes a document. Helm lifts the files to the level above.

An uploaded document is also read, so the assistant can answer a question about the policy inside it.

The letter, the contract and the leave record

Ask for a letter. Helm writes it in Arabic and in English, and you approve it.

Eleven statutory leave types are priced by the article that governs them.

A review, a candidate, an expense claim and a company item a person holds each keep their own record and their own history.

What file formats can I import?

Excel (.xlsx), CSV and PDF. Helm parses the spreadsheet itself and transcribes a PDF with one model call. Nothing reaches an employee record until you tick the rows in the preview.

Does Helm work in Arabic?

Yes. The whole interface runs in Arabic and in English, and it flows right to left in Arabic.

Who can see an identity number?

Roster imports and employee records are administrator routes. A batch listing never ships the rows of identity numbers, and a sensitive custom field is masked on every listing.
